Jet has done wonderfully once again, showing the heart that we know he has & the world has doubted. We're very proud. Here is the pre-race opinion: "post two is jet ski, owned and trained by roger and lily anderson of cold creek inc. ridden by ower and trainer lily anderson. he seems to be one of the calmest horses out on the post parade today, making his way to the gate easily while he is observing his surrondings. this is one of the horses the crowd is waiting to see how he runs." Here's the race play-by-play: "and all six horses have made their way to and into the gates. awaiting the signal for the race to begin. the bell goes off, echoing throughout the area around them. and they're off! jet ski takes a bullet-like start, already taking the lead by a length or so from gs shadowseek. srr calixte challenging gs shadowseek as she looks him in the eye while pushing forward slightly on his outside. a length and a half behind them are faith in shadows and pandemonium fighting for fourth position, with faith in shadows currently winning that fight by a nose from the inside, though her jockey seems to be trying to get her mind off of pandemonium and onto the whole field. just kiss the girl seems to be content in her preferred running style and looks to be wisely pacing herself. coming around the first turn not much has seemed to change with the positions of the field. the big white crooked blaze of jet ski leads. gs shadowseek has now moved off the rail to come behind jet ski while srr calixte has taken the outside to her advantage and moved up to flank jet ski. pandemonium has won the challenging head to head fight with faith in shadows by moving up and now is behind gs shadowseek, a few strides distance between them. just kiss the girl using the new space between faith in shadows and pandemonium to squeeze by and join running with faith in shadows. six furlongs covered, four move to go. on the straight before the home jet ski had managed to pull away from the field about another half length, clearly enjoying his lead throughout this race. srr calixte has pulled away from gs shadowseek to try and challenge jet ski for his lead. faith in shadows, pandemonium, and just kiss the girl moving up gradually as they move closer to the final turn. the sound of the crowd roared around the track as the horses turned onto the final turn. just kiss the girl had sunk to the inside while most had gone slightly out to try to get out of the pack and was now bounding forward with a clear run to move up to jet ski. srr calixte taking the far outside to go running up and also trying to take the lead from jet ski. gs shadowseek moving out from behind jet ski to try and get a clear run. faith in shadows shifting slightly to the outside as well to try and get her to run after srr calixte. while pandemonium seems to be doing what just kiss the girl had done and moving to the inside to get a large power boost as well. and the cheering from the stands continue as the horses run down the final stretch. and out of the turn just kiss the girl swoops passed jet ski, her ears perked forward. jet ski continuing to try and get up to win it as he powers on while srr calixte almost matches his speed by moving up to his shoulder. pandominium has managed to speed her way beside gs shadowseek while faith in shadows has finally managed to get her mind focused on the whole field and not just one horse. the crowd seemed to roar even louder at the sight of the dark bay mare from tropicana dreams inc come running up to race head-to-head with jet ski, an unexpected power boost obviously giving this girl some speed. srr calixte still trying to fight on with jet ski at his shoulder while gs shadowseek and faith in shadows battle it out behind them. just kiss the girl leading for about a half length. pandominium seems to be giving it her all as she passes jet ski and keeps going to move up to race head-to-head with just kiss the girl for the last 0.5 furlongs. the crowd continued to cheer loudly as the two mares fought it out for first. photo finish for first and second!" We're very happy! Jet got third place, just behind Pandemonium & Just Kiss The Girl.

2007B Breeders Cup
Jet has once again impressed us as his race career is starting to possibly close. He recieved a second in the Breeders Cup only second to Doku Saeru's Vendetta, beating the defending champion from a previous race. We love you Jet & are very proud. His odds were 3/1, not too bad buddy! Getting Post One, this is the pre-race talk about Jet: "Another four year old, Jet Ski was in the running for MHS' Best SIM Race Horse of All Time. He has won the July Dawn Treader Cup and has certainly proven himself quite well. He seems to like the closer position the best. Hopefully he can prove himself in this turf race. The rain is still coming down, as it has for nearly the entire day." This is how the race played out: "The horses are shifting anxiously in the gates. They flew open, and the three horses rocket out of the gates. Vendetta takes an early lead, content at leading the other two while Waylay stalks behind him while Jet Ski trails the pack. They round the first turn, the positions are relatively the same, though Jet Ski seems to be speeding up a bit, his jockey keeping him in check. FS Waylay Attack is trying to gain some ground on Vendetta but the wet turf is certainly not to his liking. The rain continues to come down as the round the final turn. Vendetta continues to lead, his jockey keeping him at a comfortable pace as she sees the turf. Right after they pass half the turn, she whips him and he's off. FS Waylay Attack is thundering right after him but Jet Ski is gaining more ground. He passes FS Waylay Attack, them battling together to catch Vendetta as the black colt flies down the stretch. Jet Ski is about half a length infront of FS Waylay Attack as Vendetta crosses the finish line and after follows Jet Ski and FS Waylay Attack. First - Vendetta Second - Jet Ski Third - FS Waylay Attack" Nice job pretty boy!
July Dawn Treader Cup
Jet has surprised us all completely by pulling a win in the DTC. We hadn't expected that considering that much of the talk about him was negative. We're extremely proud of our boy. Here is the pre-race talk about Jet: '"he's entered the most races in this field, so he has a pretty good idea of how to run. he'll probably stick close to the lead and keep it easily, even though he's a closer. as sherlock said, a horse may get confused when competeing in so diverse disciplines. he may not have the right attitude to gun it at the beginning, so his best bet would be to make his move in the final hundred yards or so." - Ai no Akuma "Jet Ski has competed in both racing and english events already. A horse may get confused about what he's supposed to be doing. Maybe, maybe not. He is, according to his stats, very calm and low-key. It seems to me he likes running, but doesn't really have the gameness that other racehorses have. He has a rather small record for a SIM 4-year old, but that can be a good and bad thing." - Sherlock' Here is Jet's post parade: "Next up is Jet Ski, a stallion who's an all-arounder. Not only is he good on the track, but he's no stranger to the english ring as well. His lineage is strange to our MHS; sired by Trust Again out of a mare called California Girl. Jet is definitely calmer than his fellows, which might aid him in the long run on our pitch-dark track. Jet's jockey Lily Anderson doesn't even need help getting on his back and trotting the stallion solo to the gates." Here is the main race: "As expected, ISea Thunder takes the early initiative, with IGS Wallflower at his haunch and Jet Ski at her outside shoulder. A length behind him is Just Kiss the Girl, and keeping easily at her tail is GS Poetic Justice. The sixteenth goes by in no time, and they flash past the finish for the first time, merely shadows in the night. It's fairly hard for the jockey's to see, although it's easy for those of us watching, so they'll need to trust their horses. As they come 'round turn one, Jet Ski has moved past IGS Wallflower and is running now at ISea Thunder's shoulder. ISea Thunder is still blazing along, head up and legs straining as he swings around the turn. IGS Wallflower has fallen back a half length, her head tucked in as she fights for control. Just Kiss the Girl and Poetic Justice are taking it easy, running on either side of Wallflower with energy to burn. Around turn two, ISea Thunder has managed to mainatin his lead, tail flagged out as he high tails it down the back stretch. Jet Ski is still running strongly two lengths behind with IGS Wallflower now bolting past on his outside. Just Kiss the girl is taking her time, pulling up on Jet Ski's tail with GS Poetic Justice glued to her side. ISea Thunder is really making use of the flat stretch, although now IGS Wallflower is almost neck and neck with him and putting the pressure on. Jet Ski is running confidently in third, with GS oetic Justice coming up on his outside and Just Kiss the Girl running fifth and a good seven lengths from the lead. ISea Thunder takes turn three like a mad man, cutting the corner sharply to keep his lead. Wallflower is intent on taking the lead and is sprinting all out to keep neck and neck. Jet Ski is a head behind GS Poetic Justice, with Just Kiss the Girl starting to move up on the inside and staying close to the rail at Poe's tail. Turn four comes by, with ISea Thunder and IGS Wallflower starting to fizzle out. Jet Ski makes headway first as the final stretch is in view, flying ahead of the two as soon as he hits the stretch. GS Poetic Justice and Just Kiss the Girl follow loyally, broadening the gap between the two groups to a decent three lengths. With only a furlong and a half to go, Just Kiss the Girl finally shows her stuff and inches up on Jet Ski. She's dangerously close to the inside, and it's a tight squeeze as Jet Ski starts drifting to the left. Kiss's jockey gives his haunch a little push, and her way is clear as she pulls ahead. Kiss finishes first, a length and a half ahead. Jet Ski and GS Poetic Justice come in neck and neck, so a photo will be needed to decipher second place. ISea Thunder comes galloping past in fourth, and IGS Wallflower is five lengths behind him. She seems to be limping slightly, and her jockey slows her immediately after passing the finish. While we wait for the unofficial results, we'll look into what is wrong with IGS Wallflower. We can't see much in this light, but Wallflower is now stopped near the first furlong light and her jockey is inspecting her off fore leg. The vet's running out there now and trades places with Artemis Lockeheart to investigate Wallflower's leg. And.... he's radioed in, it's just a thrown shoe. Her other legs seem fine, though a shallow cut is along her off hind leg from where the shoe must've hit. And she's now walking fine, led off the track while grooms comb the track to find her missing shoe." The unofficial results said that Just Kiss The Girl had actually won the race but with much debating, it was decided that Jet won the race based on the fact that Kiss' jockey pushed Jet's hindquarters in the last few furlongs of the race. Good job Jet! I knew you had it in you.

The first MHS Racing Club race entered by the CCI team, we entered both of our golden boys, Jet and Surprise. At the beginning, Jet was behind the leaders by a few lengths. He swung a little too wide around the turn and took last place, trying to battle it out for the top three but not succeeding. He comes to a last in this race with a good effort.
Monarch Stakes
After Abbie's win, we didn't expect much out of Jet during this race. He came right second after Vendetta in his warmup race and was tied for third in the main event. Good try, Jet.
